     The Enneagram model is based on nine personality types that define patterns of emotion, thought, behavior, and limiting beliefs with each type having a different style of relating, behaving, and communicating.       Enneagram coaching can help improve emotional intelligence and interpersonal, and work relations. It helps with understanding self and others, and provides insights that help you to live out how you want to be rather than being driven by personality.
